Procedures

The resident applying for a Letter of good conduct must provide the following documentation in person to the Records Department:
1. $5.00 Fee
2. Two Different Proofs of Residency (PSE&G, Cable, Phone, Bank Documents, etc.)
3. Completed Application for a Borough of Palisades Park Letter of Good Conduct
