On Friday April 23 at approx 1200 hours, Sgt Marc Messing, Ptl Theo Christolias and Ptl Robert DeVito responded to a report of an overdose victim. Upon arrival Sgt Messing observed a juvenile female lying in a lifeless state. Ptl Christolias administered 2 doses of Narcan to the victim nostrils. Sgt Messing along with Ptl Christolias began CPR on the victim. Ptl DeVito applied defibrillator pads to the victim which advised no shock. Sgt Messing and Ptl Christolias continued CPR which resulted in the juvenile victim becoming alert and conscious. Victim was transported to hospital where she made a full recovery
